The Extel-IFR Investor Survey 2008
IFR commissioned Thomson Extel, one of the financial world’s most respected survey organisations, to poll Chief Investment Officers across the world’s institutional investors to assess how they viewed market prospects in the wake of the credit squeeze. Utilising Thomson Extel’s extensive experience in conducting perception studies, as well as its unrivalled access to senior executives at asset managers around the world, the results of the survey should be of interest to anyone with a stake in the markets.
See the full list of survey questions to find out the important macroeconomic and market themes covered. For each we asked respondents for their views on the market at the end of Q1 2008 and year-end 2008, the aim being to uncover the views of the world's biggest investors on key market indicators during 2008.
